Most standard residential and commercial projects come back within two working days. Larger or more complex schemes such as hospitals and multi-storey apartment blocks usually take three to five working days. If your tender date is tighter than that, tell us up front and we will confirm honestly whether we can meet it.
The electrical drawings in PDF or DWG, the specification if one exists, and your tender date. If you want the estimate priced rather than just measured, we also need your supplier rates and labour constants. Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing before starting.
We do not guess. Gaps and contradictions come back to you as a written RFI list. Where a gap is too small to hold up the whole bid, we price it on engineering judgement and record it in a clearly marked assumptions register, so you can see every judgement we made.
